John 5:5 “One man was there who had been ill for thirty-eight years”

Do you feel everyone is being BLEST before you are?
It seems unfair you may have waited far longer than many, and yet the Lord seems to rush to bless other people with friends and relationships but for you it seems like He has lost the paper work of your request.

This man had been there unable to get in the water for 38 years! Many people were being blest before him and how unfair that seemed!

But this man would be remembered for ever by having his name written in the bible.
This man had a special blessing because the God of all creation healed him.
How much more grateful will we be when our prayer is answered because of the “sorrows” of being single, when we receive Gods gift to us?

This man was probably very sad many times but unlike him we have Gods spirit in us to help us live life to the full now and not later when we have our hearts desire.
God is good all the time its just when we hurt we tend to forget this truth.
There is hope for our future and this will not be cut off!

This man had GREAT JOY and so to will we when the dawn breaks and a new era begins for us as it did for him. “Sorrow may last the night but joy comes in the morning”
