The Lord knows how you feel; your downers, discouragements, hopelessness, pain and tears. But as you face the future without someone special to talk to or laugh and share with, there is a ray of light that penetrates through the cloud of gloom, and that is the promise in Corinthians 2:9: "But as it is written no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined the things that God has prepared for those who love him". There is also the similar encouragement of Isaiah 64:4: "For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither has the eye seen, O God, beside You, what he has prepared for him that waits for him". This gives such comfort when waiting, whether it has already been for many years or but a few, and the time seems to be endless. You may feel left out many times, as couples do all the seemingly "fun things", and you are alone without such blessings. But God has a special blessing for you here, now and in HEAVEN that PROMISE is for you. You cannot imagine the JOY and HAPPINESS that will fill the hearts of ones like you who have suffered so much in waiting for God to answer, even in those painful times of heavenly silence. So if you’re in that situation, then REJOICE there is a wonderful future for you. The Lord knows How You feel - Be Strong He Is Your Reward.
