Isaiah 55:8. “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, says the LORD”

God is merciful and kind. He looks beyond our needs and desires & longings He sees the whole future and how many more people will be blest if He GRANTS US OUR DESIRES at a different time then NOW.

The disciples waited for the promise of the Spirit. They didn’t know how long it would be, but God didn’t give Him to them at the moment Jesus went to heaven. They waited for about 10 days, and then God SENT the BLESSING, just at the most IDEAL time, when 1000s were in Jerusalem for Pentecost. they received the PROMISE & BLESSING and many others were blest by there blessing. God says to you and me, you are single you may be hurt and sigh, but listen I Am holding back for three reasons.

1. I want you to rely on ME for happiness and joy.

2. I want you to be prepared and refined, so that you appreciate Me more and be a better spouse for your other half.

3. I want to Bless many people through you and use you both to be a blessing.
