Acts 4:11. “He is ‘the stone that was rejected by you builders, which has become the cornerstone”

These wonderful thoughts came to me, for indeed there are many single men & woman who feel they are the “Rejected Ones”. If they were pictured with profiles on a deck of cards, perhaps they would be the cards left over at the end of the choosing. May be as in a school foot ball team when they pick a team, and there remains the last few and finally they were the last to be reluctantly picked.

I write this not with a sad heart but an encourage one, for you see although you may indeed feel the rejected few, the great thing is God always exalts those far more it appears than those to whom relationships fall at their feet like rain from the heaven.
Those who suffer more will be blest more, that’s the law of God.
But my thoughts turned to two examples.
1. Joseph, he was REJECTED by his brothers and set as nothing, worthless, but in due time God exalted him and lifted him up higher than all his people and family.
2. There was our Jesus, as Isaiah says “a man acquainted with sorrow” He was rejected and knows how we feel, but then He was highly exalted by God.
Listen you may feel rejected, but hope in God for in due time He will LIFT you up and bless you. You feel in your heart that God has done for you far above what you could ever imagine, and God will rejoice with you.
