Rise & Shine the Dawn of Blessing is about to come.

Isaiah 60:1 “Arise, shine, for your light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon you”

Here we read of the nation of Israel who had been through dark times or trial and suffering and in their case it was because of their own sin.

But the thought here is for your encouragement. How many of you have been through dark times, times of testing and sadness, waiting or loneliness?

There is such hope! It doesn’t matter if you have messed up your past life, God blest Israel and will He not you? Also for you who have tried to live the right life, look up, look to the skies. Look to East where the dawn of blessing comes for us! The goodness of God could well be about to rise to you.

“Nations shall be drawn to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising”

Your time of darkness and testing has now dawned a blessing upon you. People will come to you, because as they look upon you they will see your radiance as of those who have been purified by fire.

God will cause you to be blessing to others, and they will come to you and seek advise, they will want to know the secret of this blessing that you have.

“You will see this and be filled with joy; You will tremble with excitement”

You will be filled with the joy of the Lord, and you will echo the words “It is good that I have been afflicted” for I am blest”

So don’t give up and don’t loose heart; you will be blest above your fellows if you endure. They may have it easy it may seem, but be assured there is a great blessing of an intimacy with the Lord that will only be polished by the darkness of the night when God seems so friendless and aloof, and yet He is but beneath the horizon to dawn such amazing blessing upon you.
