Where was God when it hurt so much?

These lessons of bitter pain, whether crushing depression or the torn emotions of a broken heart, longing to find earthly love and not.

I recount my experiences of many years gone by, and like Job of old I have been there and by Gods grace come out to receive a double blessing.

So where is God?

How are you feeling now? Weeping may be? Emotionally destroyed ? Confused at how God could be so horrible and unkind to you? Gutted and broken down by months of testing, even years?

The darkness that follows more darkness? Thins just get worse and your situation gets the more miserable? Life is not full of Joy as Jesus promised?

Believe you me I have been though the darkest deepest night of weeping and crying to God so that my face ached with distress.

So where was God?

He was there even though I didn’t feel it, but my feeble faith was being strengthened, and also that God may bless me so incredibly.

God was there and God is there for you! The bitter pain you may feel now will be turned around, and the depth of heaven on earth that you will feel and the Love of Jesus will more than make all this pain worth it.

Don’t give up on life, God is with you.
